Our firm is committed to continuing to represent you and serve your needs throughout the public health crisis associated with COVID-19. In an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy we are adopting the following policies through April 16, 2020, effective immediately.
We will not allow in-person visits from clients. All meetings will be held telephonically. Please do not come to our office, as our lobby will not be open during this time. While we are currently working normal office hours, that may change in the future if the need arises. If you need to contact us, you may do so by telephone or email. If you are unable to reach us, please leave a message, as we will be checking our voicemail and emails on a regular basis.
We are aware that some of you have various court proceedings scheduled and that you have waited for some time to receive these settings. We are working very hard with the courts to get these matters handled either through videoconferencing, telephone conferencing or through email communications and/or text. We will keep you informed of any changes in court dates as we are made aware of those.
We are waiting to hear from our Administrative Law Judges regarding Social Security Disability hearings, as a number of those are conducted via videoconferencing. If you have a hearing date scheduled in the next few weeks, we will be in touch with you as soon as the Social Security Administration makes me aware of their decision.
Please make sure that our office has your current contact information so that we can reach you as quickly as possible. It is your responsibility to make sure your contact information is current. If we cannot reach you, we cannot keep you informed.
